Dispensers CNG with two (2) K1 SBDD hoses: “EFIQUAL” , V.1,V.2 and V.3 type.
     
They basically have a system of mass gas flow-meter,   
controlling valves and charging pressure limiter, charge cut-off
through electronic pressure stat( Double cut system according to
present regulations) one filter per feeding  line,fluid excess  cut off
valve in case of  accidental hose breaking, hose with charging valve
and standardized (pico)  and uncoupling valve(break away) VDR 198
model of our own development, fulfilling  the present national   
regulations
     
The control is based on an electronic  microprocessor and the         
following items are  visualized on both sides of the pump  for each    
hose:
     
The indication of the unitary price,metallicentity of cubic meters sold,
The value of the previous purchase and the price of the present
purchase
     
The provision includes the metallic frame which is fixed in the place        
where the pump will be placed
      
The dispensers will count with one feeding line The unitary price, the
density factor the hose number end the sequence speed will be
programed through the placed in the processing head The hose
number is taken into account in case it is connected to computing systems)

They also have a purchase tantalizer in non- volatile memory

DISPENSERS
STORAGE SYSTEMS
Consists of the reserve of gas stored at the necessary pressure for the filling of vehicles in the gas station and the
necessary lung in between  charges to avoid stopping the compressor in case it is not  functioning It has a direct
feeding from the compressor and it is composed of a battery of cylinders suitable to store gases in a working pressure
of
250 kg / cm2 which has  been submitted to a test pressure of 375 kg/cm2 as it is certified in the tests of the
manufacturer based on regulations for each cylinder.
   
The cylinders are provided with their corresponding valves with Plug fuse and the whole set has a safety  valve and the
possibility of  to guy  manually with the corresponding present regulations for this matter. The storing volume will be
approximately 1600 dm2 (liters) and the cylinders will be provided on a metallic frame as a module
 
 
Priority Panel for Storing:
    
Priority  storing panel is a device that optimizes the charge of vehicles in the yard independent from the state or
pressure the storage has prioritize the charge for the vehicles which are connected to the dispensers, directing the
compressed  gas coming from  the compressor and  after completing the charge, it allows the gas  into the storage. As
a consequence, the charging of vehicles is faster because it is simultaneously filled by  the compressor and the       
gas coming from the storag.e
