CP - EQ3 Compressor System

It consists of a packaged compressing unit ready to be operated  with the only need of an in-out gas  connection
motor strengh feeding command wiring designed for continuous automatic functioning fulfilling the national and
international regulations. Electromechanical, EFIQUAL Horizontally opposed (Z configuration) reciprocating, with
dry pistons, self lubricating compression rings .

Actioning: Through electric anti-deflagrating Engine 3 x 380 V, 50 Hz,110kw  transmitted through  section
belts            
  
Cooling: Gas is electro cooled in air gas  radiator with an independent circuit for discharging in each  stage of
the compressor. The packet of radiator is placed in horizontal position in  shape of the compression system    
  
Controls: Oil pressure indicating panel, gas inlet pressure, interstage pressure and temperature and discharge.
Each indicator has an interrupter which activate safety devices for a  maximum or minimum as it corresponds. It
also has  commands to start and stop the equipment being as safe as the rest of the items in the control panel.

Commands: Distance commands with an electric motor force  keyboard which includes power factor correction
and star-triangle or intelligent starting; overcharge  motor protection, absence of low tension phase and electronic
head with microprocessor, with starting and stopping pulsate. Totalizator of working hours, light and acoustic
signals, electric consume indicator and alphanumeric LCD that shows (apart from the compressor state
compressing,pause,automatic,stop,etc)which kind of safety acted in case of non-automatic stops (..... Failures or  
emergencies), the state in which each safety element is and allows at the same time the programming of starting
sequences times and equipment stop.

Other Components: The whole set is mounted in a metal frame constituting  a Module independent from the rest
of the installation The equipment provides with all the necessary elements for its correct functioning such as
separator, check  valves, relief controllers, drain controllers,thermostats and pressure stat for each step,etc
